First, let me start with how much we miss your students. Teachers are very excited to start their online platforms this week and they cannot wait to see the student’s faces. Even if those faces are on a computer screen. Know that we are here to help you in any way possible. If you have questions, reach out to the teachers or myself. I know that things are turbulent right now but let me reassure you that we are all learning this new normal together. Notice to students WITHOUT INTERNET ACCESS-The next packet pick up day will be April 30th. We will be distributing the packets from the front office. Please pull up and someone will come out to bring you the packet. Students returning work-Someone will be on campus every Wednesday from 11-2. Please come to the front office and ring the bell. Someone will come to receive the work from you. You may also return the work on April 30th when you pick up the next packet.

Make SURE that you include aSUBJECT LINE in the subject field of the email.
Also include your NAME, CAMPUS, and a PHONE NUMBER at which you can be reached in the body of the email with a DETAILED description of the problem. Any information that you can include in your email like the asset tag and serial number(if available) will help us to assist you more efficiently. Someone from the VISD Technology Department will get in touch with you and assist as needed as soon as we have the required information.
